Understanding Legal Boundaries
At NH Gift-A-Meal, we understand the importance of defining legally binding terms to govern our interactions with community members and stakeholders. Our Terms & Conditions are designed to establish a transparent and fair legal relationship between our organization and the individuals we serve, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding.
Terms of Agreement & Privacy Policies
By donating, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Your gift is voluntary, and you do not expect compensation or a refund.

You understand that the meal you gift is not intended for any specific person, such as your family member or friend. The donations are given to other charitable organizations for distribution. We cannnot share any information about recipients.

You agree to trust that the organizations that will receive your donations will use their discretion to appropriate them to those in need.

You agree to accept occasional emails from NH Gift-A-Meal. You can unsubscribe from our emails anytime.
In return, NH Gift-A-Meal and its participating restaurants agree to the following.

Everyone involved will do their best to get the donated meals and grocery cards to the proper organizations for distribution.

We will police organizations giving out meal cards as best as we can, but we cannot promise that cards will not end up in the hands of someone who is not in genuine need. Recipients may pass the cards along to another person outside the control of NH Gift-A-Meal and/or the organization that distributed the card.

Your information will be kept confidential. No restaurant or organization will have access to your information except Zeffy to process your payment, and NH Gift-A-Meal for banking and accounting purposes only.

We do NOT sell any information about our donors to anyone, nor do we share the data outside of companies that need the information to process your donation.
